Diesha Cooper
Chief Financial & Operations Officer
As a leader in finance and operations, Diesha works from the inside, embedding in small businesses when they're in distress and delivering structure, accountability, and real results. She becomes part of the team, rolling up her sleeves to redirect chaos and drive transformation. Whether it’s a cash flow crisis, team misalignment, or a lack of leadership at the top, Diesha brings the clarity, structure, and execution struggling businesses need.
-
From teenage co-founder to turnaround architect, Diesha’s career started inside her family's industrial business, solving problems, managing teams, and learning operations from the ground up. She developed a deep understanding of how small companies operate, and where they break. In her late twenties, with the company in distress, Diesha partnered with her two younger brothers to buy it out. She stepped into full leadership and led a high-stakes turnaround that would redefine her path forward
-
Diesha’s approach to her work was born out of frustration with passive consulting and transactional relationships. She saw too many businesses drowning in advice but starving for leadership. So she built a new model of leadership, stepping into messy situations with hands-on guidance designed to bring clarity, structure, and momentum. She engages fully, stays deeply involved, and delivers real accountability to businesses in distress.
-
Diesha fills the executive gap in finance and operations when a business needs leadership the most. She acts as the internal CFO and COO, overseeing cash flow, profitability, team performance, and day-to-day execution. She works alongside owners to build financial clarity, install systems, and lead teams through change. Her focus is always the same: build systems, protect cash, and lead toward sustainable growth.
She has worked across a wide range of industries including manufacturing, e-commerce, wellness, construction, and nonprofit, always bringing the same hands-on leadership to each environment.
With a rare combination of warmth and accountability, she leads with empathy, but never lets a hard truth go unspoken. She’s a natural fixer, thriving in messy situations where others hesitate, bringing urgency, structure, and momentum exactly where it’s needed most.
-
Diesha’s turnarounds aren’t powered by theory. They’re built on action. Her leadership leaves businesses stronger, teams more aligned, and owners with clarity they haven’t had in years.
